![Skate Park [38mm] Skate Park [38mm]](http://www.theplasticlens.com/wp-content/2008/11/skatepark38mm.jpg)
*Note – this image was initially uploaded on the of July 26th 2008 prior to a hiatus on the old site whilst we went on a holiday, the Kantju Gorge post followed on our return. For sequential accuracy and what Frank Zappa would call conceptual continuity, I have upoaded it again, before the Kantju Gorge photo. Confused? Don’t worry about it.
I took my new Diana + accessory lenses (38mm ‘superwide’, 55mm wide & close-up attachment and the standard 75mm) out and about on my last day off to try them all out. I really liked the lines and curves of this skate park so used the superwide 38mm lens for this one to try and get as much in as possible without taking the photo from a mile away.

i love this. where is the skate park?
Thank dj! The skate park is in Scoresby, off Ferntree Gully Rd.
It reminds me of an alien landscape. I expect to see water in there for some reason. Very cool!
Lovely tones, and like Susan said, one anticipates water.
wonderful. love the tones.
Dude, I always love the curvature of a well made skate pool. That hood is incredible. Not a wave, but dang close to the real thing. Nice framing.
Nice Shot!!!
And really nice web
