This art installation was in place in a small laneway (Lush lane) off Flinders Lane in Melbourne’s CBD in the latter half of 2006. The bank of phones all rang with different ring tones (although the inner urban ambient noise was too loud the day I took this photo for me to hear them) *note: Originally posted on The Plastic Lens (version 1) March 24 2007
