I went for a pleasant drive to the Maroondah Dam reserve the other week. It sits close to the township of Healseville and despite the ongoing drought and sub 40% capacity status of our water catchments, it still makes a picturesque scene.

A photograph from a recent camera purchase, the Lubi. This is the gatehouse of a factory that has been abandoned for a while now due to a high level of asbestos involved in it’s structure. The first roll of film I shot with this camera had light leaks like a sieve. After some judicious taping of seams it is still leaking a bit, but I think I’m getting on top of them (gradually)!
