Before I read your caption I was trying to figure out how one would use them, especially if someone was already using a phone on the lower row. Garrison, I had a similar reaction when I first saw a photo of these in one of our Melbourne paper's "Weekend" section, after reading about them I just HAD to check them out for myself. They looked really cool, sitting way up there on the far wall of this little laneway.
