zageJune 29, 2008 21:47I think in some way the polaroid frame is part of the art. who doesnt love it.
btw, it seems your white balance should be tweaked a little, little too much blue.
About that yellow spark in the middle isnt it the rollers to be cleaned :)
CameronJune 29, 2008 21:57Thanks zage, I think you are right, (about the borders, blue shift and possibly the yellow streak), but I have had those sort of yellow artifacts from expired film also. I realised I had resized this polaroid without constraining proportions so had to re-upload it. At the same time I corrected the blue shift (which I was led to believe meant the polaroid was moving towards us!)
I think I need to get a proper monitor calibration device.

Aerial footageJuly 1, 2008 02:12Nice shots. What was it? I really can't understand, though the shot is bright and colorfull.
lifestyle footageJuly 1, 2008 20:07Can you advice me anything for macro? I mean lense. I do landscape photos as usual, but suddenly got addicted to macro :) It would be nice to hear your opinion about lense..
Susan S.July 22, 2008 18:18I like the composition in this one, and the colors are fantastic. You've done a great job with this one. I never seem to get good results with my SX-70 so I hardly ever take it out.
MichaelAugust 6, 2008 23:37Really compelling; I like the layers of color, and the incongruity of locking of something that on the surface seems unlikely to be broken into--makes me wonder what's lurking inside. Oh, and a thumbs-up on the Polaroid border; it adds to the mystique of the one-of-a-kind-object nature of the Polaroid.
