Dog Hitched To A Red-Striped Pole

There was a BIG storm last Wednesday and we've been without power until 30 minutes ago. I thought I had better update the old plasticlens before I went to work! This shot of the infamous Mr. Sooty captured with the Seagull TLR - it sort of captures my mood of relief as I know I can have a hot shower, cook and read without candles again (oh, and access the internet of course)
Thoughts go to those who are not as fortunate as we are in the Western world who have these boons normally...

How do you get/keep that film border on your prints? I know it's most likely something really simple, but please help me.
