Self Distortion

April 27, 2007

Near Sothern Cross railway station on Spencer Street in Melbourne, there is a public square, bounded on one side by a reflective wall that has all the distortion effects of a house of fun hall of mirrors. One sunny day, with the last exposure left on the roll in the Diana, I indulged in a bit of distorted self-portraiture using this wall. Perhaps this photo is one that truly reflects my slightly twisted personality!
The road behind me really isn't like the Streets Of L.A. btw, that's the mirror-wall again. Now all I have to do is find a trick mirror that makes me look handsome!
