Ship in the Fog

...light leaked fog that is! Another example from the holiday roll of film that was exposed by the lab yet brought back from the rubbished-film bin by the magic of scanning and tweaking (the full dramatic, yet touching story can be read here)
This shot is of a fishing trawler from Lake's Entrance on the Eastern Victorian coast. I don't know if it has a fog horn or not.

yes, awesome. i really like how the masts and rigging is above the horizon line and everything else is below, forcing the viewer to dig out those details. the fogging isn't what makes this shot, though it certainly helps. i'd suggest a fruit basket to the lab as a thank-you.
