Impressionist Beach
October 2, 2007I suppose it's funny that I should choose the most blurry image from the roll to put here as my first image, but there you go, I'm a funny sort of guy. This shot just emphasises to me that no matter what, with toy cameras you can always be pleasantly surprised by happy accidents. I took this shot of the groovers down at the beach and when I looked at the camera after releasing the shutter I realised I had it set on B - heaven knows I've done that before! Oh well, methinks, that'll be stuffed. Certainly a clear sharp image it is not, but I loved the impressionist effect here, so I present it to you in all it's blurriness, the Impressionist Beach. I shall give my own impressions on this new Diana soon in the 'words' part of theplasticlens, cheers.

Tomorrow I'll get my first Holgafilms back from developing. I know I tried the B-button. And I also know I left it there, unintentionally :-) Love the zolors of this one though!

how cool :-) nice first showing, cam. i'm not surprised, though, as you rock.
a local store is actually selling them and i'm very tempted. not sure why to be honest with you as i have a love/hate/hate/hate/hate relationship with my clones.
