When we were first at Daylesford, Don introduced me to this man, Jeff Moorfoot. Jeff is the festival director and driving force behind the Daylesford Foto Biennale. Even with helpers and volunteers the logistics behind such an impressive event would be daunting, so hats off to him. I regretted not getting a portrait of him on the first visit to the festival, but happily for me he let me take one with my trusty old SX-70 when I returned to the Biennale earlier this week. Thanks Jeff! (I'll send you this shot via email this evening when I come home from the salt mines) I hope this portrait adequately captures the energy and sense of humour of this man, a sense of humour that was made obvious to me when I checked his tripod gallery (at link above) and saw his "A Day at the Beach : 24 self portraits" image ~ check it out, he's holding a Diana (or clone) in the right of the panoramic frame!
