St Kilda Pier

March 5, 2007

The place we (the patient wife & I) went for a glass of wine on our first date. In reality, the original building at the end of the pier burnt down a few years ago, but was rebuilt in very much the same style as the first cafe.

Taken on the Diana F loaded with Fuji 160 NPC.

This one has a fabulous vignette, and the tone of the sky is lovely.

Cool shot. It looks like the pier from the end of the movie "Falling Down".

Thanks Angie, Meredith and Matthew, I appreciate the feedback! Angie, thank you, I love the red door too, and it's funny but I have almost total recall of that day even though it was almost 12 years ago. It's what I did with my keys yesterday that I have trouble with!!

Thank you Phil, it certainly adds a focus doesn't it?
