On February 8, 2008 Polaroid Corporation announced that it will discontinue production of the instant film that made the company a household name. Save Polaroid serves as a home-base for the effort to convince another company to take over and begin producing the cherished technology that Polaroid has abandoned.Further to my previous post ~ Save Polaroid is a new website set up to promote the cause behind retaining the unique technology that lies behind Polaroid Instant Photography - watch this space! this is lovely. i'm really really hoping someone else will take over most of these polaroid films. hopefully, someone who actually cares about photography too.
