Night Lights, Tram, People

December 12, 2007

After experiencing one of the best nights of my life, seeing Frank Zappa's music played by his son Dweezil and band at the Zappa Plays Zappa concert, I was still buzzing and full of energy, so I got my tripod out of the back of my car and took the Diana + for a walk around town to try out the long exposure capabilities of this camera again.
This shot is from near Flinders St station, looking towards Federation Square.
I waited until I thought the lights were about to change to get the green, amber and red lit together in the traffic lights.

Camera: Diana +    Approximately 30 sec exposure on B setting, cloudy aperture. Film: Kodak 400 VC 2

I've got mine too! Now wait for the sun to shine here :-( , my scanner to arrive and a long, long way to get where you are with your Diana. Could practise the Bulb-setting too indeed. This one is nicely done and wow, so much to see!

I can feel the Australian night I do not yet look from this photograph.
Thank you.

Fantastic image you've got here! Perfect timing on the lights, too. It's nice to see what the Diana+ can do in expert hands.

This is fantastic! You really are a genie-bum, aren't you? I'm a wee bit jealous..
